Job Opportunities

The Twinsburg Public Library posts position openings as vacancies occur. Most employment applications are considered for specific position openings. The Library accepts all applications on an ongoing basis, which are kept on file in the Administration Office for one year.

Everyone interested in employment with the Twinsburg Public Library must complete an application. Resumes are welcome but cannot be used as a substitute for the application form. A resume alone is not sufficient for consideration.

Most positions require working a schedule that will include Saturday, Sunday, and evening hours. All positions are year-round. Twinsburg Public Library is an EEOC employer.

Adult Learning & Information Services Associate I

Adult Learning and Information Services

Do you have a passion for innovation and a drive to help others? We want you to join our team in the Adult Learning and Information Services (ALIS) department. We are currently seeking a part-time associate to begin work in mid-January 2025.

The ALIS Associate works at the Information Desk, serving the public by locating materials, directing library customers to appropriate resources for their questions, and helping library customers with computers and mobile devices. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, answering many different types of questions. Interest in local history and genealogy is a plus but not required.
 

This position is scheduled for 24 hours per week and requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Hourly rate is $15-16 based on experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
